1. Company identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to BROBREW,
a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €4,500,
whose registered office is located at 1 rue des Champs, 67130 RUSS – France,
registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Saverne under number 902 435 429.

2. Scope of application
These GTC apply to all sales of products made by BROBREW:
- to individual customers (B2C),
- and to professional customers (B2B).
Sales are carried out:
- on site (brewery, point of sale),
- during events,
- through partner shops and professional customers.
These GTC will also apply to future sales via click & collect, should this sales method be implemented.
3. Products
BROBREW offers in particular the following products:
- Bottled beers (33 cl and 75 cl),
- Beer kegs,
- Gift boxes,
- Gift cards,
- Complementary food products (dry biscuits, jams).
Beers may be:
- part of the core range,
- limited or seasonal editions,
- partnership brews.
Product characteristics may vary depending on the batch. Photos and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros:
- including all taxes (VAT included) for individual customers (B2C),
- excluding taxes (VAT excluded) for professional customers (B2B), unless otherwise stated.
Indicative prices:
- 33 cl bottle: from €3.50 incl. VAT
- 75 cl bottle: from €7.00 incl. VAT
Prices may vary depending on the beer, edition, or point of sale.
BROBREW reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
5. Orders
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Orders may be placed:
- directly on site,
- during events,
- directly with BROBREW for professional customers.
For professional customers, orders may be subject to a quotation or purchase order.
6. Payment terms
Individual customers (B2C)
Accepted payment methods:
- credit/debit card,
- cash.
Payment is due immediately.
Professional customers (B2B)
Payment method:
- bank transfer.
Payment term: 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery
Professional customers
BROBREW offers delivery for professional orders within a 10 km radius of the brewery.
Delivery terms (timeframes, possible fees) are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Individual customers
Products are handed over directly to customers on site or during events.
Click & collect may be offered at a later stage.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, no right of withdrawal applies to sales made on site or during events.
For food products and alcoholic beverages, no return or exchange will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect.
9. Liability
BROBREW cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper storage or misuse of the products by the customer.
In any event, BROBREW’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Alcohol consumption
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please consume responsibly.
The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected are used solely for the purposes of the business relationship.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@brobrew.fr.
12. Governing law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of BROBREW’s registered office.
